Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Implementation consultants on Requirements Elicitation, Fit–Gap Analysis, requirement specification documentation. 
• Preparation of various documents like process flows, Training guides as per set standard. 
• Assisting in Preparations for best-in-class presentations and demonstrations to prospects/ partners specific to each region. 
• Understanding and analyzing various industry best Practices/ Market/Competition. 
• Working closely with customer and able to analyze a situation/scenario/problem and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering degree 
• Knowledge in Aviation industry, related to ERP / MRO domain is highly desirable 
• Good English communication & presentation
• Willing to travel extensively 
• Excellent Academics 
• Any experience working with IT solutions is an advantage
