We have developed a Tradesman Empowerment Program (TEP) which is aimed at equipping a carefully selected crop of technically skilled tradesmen with important technical skills and soft skills needed to build and retain strong professional careers.
Successful participants will be placed in apprenticeship programs and will be given an opportunity to sit for the internationally recognized and industry approved City and Guilds certification.
• Date of training: April 1st -30th 2019
• Target Audience: Certified Electricians (Trade certificate in Electronics or OND)
