Job Brief
The successful applicant is expected to maintain close and regular contact with the customers to ensure effective maintenance support.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high quality information of all plants in our customer base and periodically update the plants history and other relevant plant archives. Priorities outstanding jobs and call outs from customers. Liaising with relevant Engineers when necessary to update their plant knowledge and effectiveness. Function as the office Manager for the service function. Ensure prompt delivery of spares to relevant sites. Carry out any other assignments as directed from time to time.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
A graduate ideally with Engineering and IT background with at least 3 years practical experience in plant management.
Professional Qualifications
An Engineering Graduate.
