Job Description

• To ensure good quality materials are good as per quality standards and good products as a per customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good knowledge of printing materials, inks, adhesive, poly film, material density.
• Required standards of quality parameters like Bond strength, Seal strength, COF value, Grammage testing, opacity testing etc.
• Trouble shooting skill.
• Good technical knowledge of shade matching, green bond testing, defects in printed, laminate and slitted materials.
• ISO standards 9001:2015
• Team working & Interpersonal Skills.

Qualifications/Experience

• HND/B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Printing Technology, Science laboratory Technology, Polymer Technology, Physics, Mathematics.
• He should have about 5 - 10 years of experience in Flexible Packaging Industry, Self-adhesive Label printing industry in Quality Control Department.
