    Client Service Executive

    Position Summary

    • The Client Service Executive would work closely with the Managing Director and Business Development Director
    • The ideal candidate desires to manage existing relationships efficiently while developing and sustaining new ones
    • The individual must have an excellent knowledge of the Company’s present and past product lines as well as competitors’ products and services.

    Job Deliverables

    • Act as liaison between the clients and the company. Being the primary point of contact for the clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction with company’s product portfolio and services.
    • Direct and control the processing and fulfillment of agreements, commitments and contracts made to clients.
    • Ensure the company’s compliance with the various media agencies.
    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Arrange, implement and monitor marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Participate in all strategy sessions to identify customers and prospect sales opportunities.
    • Conducting marketing research such as customer questionnaires to ensure client satisfaction.

    Required Qualification and Competencies
    Qualification:

    • B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any related field OR professional certification in Customer Service/Relationship Management.

    Experience:

    • Two (2) years working experience in a similar Marketing/Client Service role.

    Communication Skills:

    • Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms is essential to succeed on this role.

    Innovativeness and Drive:

    • Ability to generate and act on new ideas is also key for anyone to succeed on this role.

    Respect:

    • Treats colleagues and customers in a way that demonstrates integrity, equity, honesty and fairness.

    Client Focus:

    • Always eager to address customer needs in a timely and professional manner.

    Information Technology:

    • This position is heavily computer and data driven. You must be very comfortable with computers.
