Admin Executive

Candidate should be:
- With Hotel Management or Guest House Management Experience.
- Responsible for operational activities in the Accommodation under his supervision, ensuring the daily good management of the location.
- Carry out regular inspections of the Accommodation, Common areas, Dining area, stores (Grocery) to ensure that cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in.
- Ensure Good Housekeeping Practices .
- Responsible for the effective cleaning of kitchen, dining area and stores, in accordance with the food Hygiene.
- Fill the staff Time sheet and attendance register.
- Ensure all Maintenance work in Rooms, Laundry and Public Areas are informed to maintenance department and follow up for rectifying the same at earliest.
- Responsible to supervise pest control
