Details:

Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Educate the customer on our product range.
- Manage Live chat inquiries and requests
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how the Company can add value to their business.
- Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow the Company's business.
- Respond to customer emails in a professional manner.
- Create and maintain records in database.
Requirements: HND/B.Sc in any related field.

Years of experience: 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Executive.
