    Customer Support Executive

    Details:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Educate the customer on our product range.
    • Manage Live chat inquiries and requests
    • Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how the Company can add value to their business.
    • Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow the Company's business.
    • Respond to customer emails in a professional manner.
    • Create and maintain records in database. 

    Requirements: HND/B.Sc in any related field.

    Years of experience: 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Executive.
