Siebel Application Support at GVA Partners

Job Description:

•     L2 / L3 Support within the ITIL framework
•     Platform Health-check on the Siebel production environment
•     Proactive - Application and System Monitoring
•     Deploy Siebel release onto production environment
•     Trouble-shoot application related problems on Production
•     Incident Analysis and Resolution for all production Incident Cases
•     Root Cause Analysis of Incidents.
•     Coordinate and monitor Data Loads in production
•     Report performance to Service/Program Management
•     In-life issues / resolution and co-ordination
•     Housekeeping and Log Archival
•     Responding to Request, Adhoc Queries etc via ITIL framework Service Requests
•     Implement certain minor configuration changes subject to approval of the Siebel Change requests Board, which does not have an impact e2e or major change in functionality
•     Test the resolution for production issues on a pre-production representative environment
•     Implementing new automation jobs using Unix shell scripting
•     Strong Siebel CRM functional knowledge.
