Graphics Designer at Endive Digital

Job Description

• Work directly with a Creative Director/ team on how best to execute an idea
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Advise and or suggest ideas to reach a particular audience
• Determine the style of design for each client from brief sent by client
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Select colours, images, text style and layout
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Present each graphics or visual expressions of designs to an art director or creative director
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before it goes live
• Testing graphics across various media
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
