    Customer Care Executive

    Description:

    • Manage large amounts of inbound calls, chats and mails in a timely manner
    • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information on product and services.
    • Respond politely and courteously to customers enquiries
    • Ensuring all enquires are properly and effectively handled.
    • Carry out regular Customer Satisfaction Survey.
    • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company’s policies.
    • Other duties will be delegated from time to time by the Head of Customer Relation or in line with your skills, experience and role.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal skills
    • Resourceful
    • Detail oriented 
    • Good Listening Skills
