Testing Manager at Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.

Requirements:

• First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Testing
• Good business relationship with telecom industry consultant, analyst institute.    
• Minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience preferably in the Telecoms with at least three (3) years at supervisory position

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and direct the activities of test engineers. maximizing effectiveness.
• Responsible for analyzing. generating, estimating and delivering
• Use Cases and Test plans within the constraints of time, cost and quality, to the customer's satisfaction.
• actinq-as a responsible point of contact for the team.
• Manage and measure performance and delivery against work plans, and take corrective action where necessary.
• Be actively involved in evolving and improving the testing methodology
• To undertake such other work as is necessary to achieve the overall objectives of the System Test Team.
• A strong understanding of testing technologies from both technical and business perspective, specifically
• Writing Test Plans, Test specifications and Test Reports.
• Experience in managing and sustaining diverse relationships.
• Demonstrated pro-activity in capitalizing on opportunities and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in using defect tracking systems and version control systems
