    Secretary / Personal Assistant

    Job summary:  Assist Business Head to ensure daily and monthly operations goes as planned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for documentation and indexing system
    • Responsible for schedule of appointments with Business Head
    • Maintains itinerary diary of the BH.
    • Daily and monthly analysis of departmental reports.
    • Tracking of departmental reports.
    • Securing and maintaining company database.
    • Taking minutes of meetings.
    • Controls all daily activities in Business Head’s office.
    • Receiving Visitors.
    • Carrying out any other responsibilities as may be directed by the BH from time to time

    Skills

    • Proficient in MS Word/Excel Package/Power Point.
    • Ability to work for long hours with little supervision.
    • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
