In-depth knowledge of security technologies including but not limited to:
-
Video Surveillance and related technologies (CCTV, Analog, IP, Codecs, VMS)
-
Access Control and related technologies (Biometrics, readers, panels, locks)
-
Alarm systems and sensors (Fire, Smoke, hazard etc.)
-
Physical Barrier systems (Perimeter fencing, Vehicle barriers etc.)
-
Physical intrusion detection (Bosch, DMP, ICIDS, etc.)
-
HSPD12 and PIV end point and enterprise based systems knowledge
-
IP based video, access control, and intercom systems
-
-
TCP/IP networking design knowledge
-
Skill in project management activities and accomplishing objectives
-
Enterprise system knowledge.
-
Knowledge and skill in a wide range of physical security support, particularly: Lenel, Bosch Systems, Honeywell, Sony, Axis, HID, PSIMs, and any other major Camera, NVR and access control manufacturer.

Technical proposal development – Respond to RFPs and RFQs, Generate RFIs. . Provide oversight to the technical approach, design direction, pricing strategy, and proposal development. Produce technical response in proposal
-Bills of material/Pricing Estimates
-Managing and maintaining subcontractor relationships.
-Site Surveys
-Product research
-System design for physical security
Desired Skills and Experience

Relevant qualification or experience with the ability to read and understand technical drawings
-
Ability to create and modify technical drawings in various formats (AutoCAD, Visio, etc.)

Self-motivated and focused and able to work as part of a team

Excellent customer relationship skills

Excellent communication skills both oral and written. In particular, the ability to convey technical issues simply and accurately. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to use databases and search engines effectively
At least 5 years' experience working as a IT engineer on security solutions.
