Food and Beverage Manager at Silverbird

Job Description/Requirements

• The Food and Beverage Manager should be able to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks and knowledge of Microsoft software suite of products

Specification

• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling.
• 8-10 years’ experience of which 4 - 8 years’ should be in a managerial role, supervising and managing restaurant staff of over Ten (10) employees.
