Accountant at Temp A Staff

A cleaning Facility company in Lekki is in need of an accountant to manage the daily expenses of the facility. You will be a key player in the Finance Department and you will have a proven track record in a similar role. You will be well versed in accounts payable and receivable, income audit and general finance. 

Requirements

Applicants must have adequate accounting experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Forecasting and Budget preparation and reporting
• Calculating Service Charge
• Preparation and lodgment of P&L
• Yearend audit
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Management of Finances
• Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries
• Reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory).
• Payroll reconciliation
• Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spreadsheet for analysis
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
