    Senior Strategic Personnel Development Manager


    Responsibilities

    Develop the staff internal effectiveness and abilities. Provide support to employees through various types of training which includes holding workshops to introduce techniques to the entire staff or work one-on-one with employees to attend to their individual professional needs. Train new employees on company policies and procedures:

    • Create, refine, and disseminate training manuals and other educational materials.
    • Prepare training budget and evaluate instructor costs and performance.
    • Support performance management and review process for supervisors and employees.
    • Perform analysis of an existing personnel development system.
    • Develop new conception of the personnel development system in connection with the company's Develop internal requirements and strategic goals.
    • Set up a proper employee evaluation system (potential analysis) within the measurement of key Develop an objective appraisal procedure.
    • Continuously implement the latest methods and tools of modern personnel development.
    • Manage strategic succession planning.
    • Implement the strategic integration of the individual concepts as well as with the adjacent HR areas.
    • Monitor quality assurance and controlling for personnel development projects, instruments and measures.
    • Monitor and control employees on special project tasks as personnel development specialist.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines.
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in training and people development.
    • Record of successful completed projects and learning initiatives.
    • Very strong conceptional skills and strengths in operational work.
    • The Candidate has Passionate, is committed and team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style.
