Carryout sweeping and moping of the Veg prep, cold and hot kitchen using appropriate materials and reagents allocated to maintain hygiene standards.
Conduct deep cleaning of all sections in the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring there are no sections left out and no puddle of water in any section of the kitchens.
Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness throughout shift by conducting routine checks on all sections and carrying out corrective cleaning where and when necessary.
Ensure all electrical appliances are carefully avoided to prevent risk of short circuiting.
Promptly notify maintenance team of any issues requiring their intervention to avoid damage to any material or equipment.
Make yourself available for cleaning during the entire shift.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
