Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Work with rest of the team to produce final design
• Test and post graphics across various media, including social media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Managing social media and digital channels
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Job Requirements

Min Qualification: Diploma/OND/NCE/B.SC

Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years

Other Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Exceptional creativity and innovation - A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills and Social media skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
