    Sales Manager

    Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

    Qualification

    BSc/HND in any related field

    Experience

    Minimum of 5 years preferably in the pharmaceutical/ manufacturing industry with 3 years at Middle/Senior Management Level

    Job Description

    • Responsible to the Head of Sales for the Implementation of the company’s sales objectives in the region.
    • Responsible for the effective distribution of the Company’s products in the region.
    • Responsible for “test market” of new products and exploit their market potentials to the fullest in the region.
    • To train and develop Sales-Force and coordinate their efforts towards achieving the company’s set target.
    • To assist the Head of Sales in preparation of annual sales budget as approved in AOP.
    • To develop existing and future key distributors in the region. Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
    • To develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in the assigned territory.
    • To constantly monitor the market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing the Company’s share of the market in the assigned region.
    • Collate and report on competitive activities in the region.
    • Responsible for recommending and coordinating dealer regional/specific promotions, regional trade shows, and events.
