He bagged his Masters Degree at Odessa Engineering Institute in 1984 in the former Soviet Union, now Ukraine. Details:

Requirements
- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of a B.Sc. or HND certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Little or no work experience (chosen candidate will be trained).
- Must be proficient in fault diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment, be able to read and interpret electronic/electrical circuit diagrams.
- Should be proficient in the use of computers.
- Must not be older than 34 years.
