Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Admin / HR personnel to augment the Bincom Professional Services Team. This is a Professional Services Team lead role.

• The role is responsible for providing support to the various Administrative and Human Resources functions in the specific location.
• The personnel will work with the team to ensure adherence to all processes related to design, development, programming, deployment, project documentations, and other tasks during various client and internal projects.
• The ideal candidate will also be able to act on his/her own initiative and bring a wealth of experience to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all team tasks.
   

Qualifications

• minimum of 2-3 years VERIFIABLE experience managing Administrative Tasks for a small team (20 - 30 people)
• Business, Admin or HR Related course of Study
• A passion for IT
• Ability to learn new skills fast
• Project management & Team leadership skills
• Report writing skills
