Details:

The incumbent will be responsible for accurate financial record keeping, using SAGE accounting software to record and process expenditures, receipts, payroll and other financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and maintain financial records and documents
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Process payroll for employees
• Prepares monthly financial reports
• Ensure timely & accurate invoicing and proper archiving of financial records.
• Ensure accounts are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Ability to create reports, balance sheets and other financial documents error-free
• Have an understanding and ability to analyze the financial documents and statements

Desired Competencies

• OND/HND in Accounting, Business administaration or any other related courses.
• Proficiency in the use of SAGE
• Competency in the use of MS Word & Excel
• Minimum of one year relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand business principles and practicies.
