Job Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge in Nigerian dishes
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Stock and inventory management of administrative and food office supplies
• Manage kitchen staff
• Perform administrative duties
• Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Qualification and Experience

• 4-5 years proven working experience in a food and hospitality sector
• Excellent record of kitchen management
•  Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Bsc/HND in Culinary science or related certificate
• Reside within Lagos Island and it’s environs
