    Technical Support Staff

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide support to the management by monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
    • Testing and evaluating new technology.
    • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
    • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.

    Education

    • M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or its related field;

    Skills and Qualification:

    • At least 5 years working experience
    • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
    • Strong customer service spirit.
    • Ability to work well with people.
    • Strong communications and excellent organizational skills
