Technical Support Staff

- Location Abuja
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support to the management by monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
- Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
Education
- M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or its related field;
Skills and Qualification:
- At least 5 years working experience
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Strong customer service spirit.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Strong communications and excellent organizational skills
