Job Description

Our Client, a renowned firm within the Luxury Goods sub-sector wishes to engage the services of a Business Development Manager who shall be in charge of the following:

• Develop and drive partner development plan for targeted partners and customers and ensure it is in line with the company’s overall financial plan.
• Open new stores; business expansion.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for the Business Development Department.
• Brand portfolio management.
• Channel marketing and distribution.
• Managing the sales team.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of identified goals.
• Prepare business documents and communications ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guideline.
• Provide management with regular feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree in Business management or any other related field.
• Relevant professional qualification in a related field is an added advantage.
• Should have at least 5 years’ cognate experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
• High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• May be required to travel – local and international.
