Maintain and direct an orderly and worry-free environment within the corporate premises.
Resolve and/or escalate operational-support issues in a timely fashion.
Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures and processes and proffer possible solutions to challenges encountered.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation’s policies and applicable regulations
Draft a wide variety of legal agreement.
Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company..
Attend meetings of the Company, providing all necessary secretarial support services in respect of the meetings with the applicable rules and regulations.
Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Managing Director
Implement and oversee corporate documentation and data management
Requirements:
First Degree in Law
3 to 4 Years working experience in Oil and Gas Industry
