    Admin Manager



    • Maintain and direct an orderly and worry-free environment within the corporate premises.
    • Resolve and/or escalate operational-support issues in a timely fashion.
    • Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
    • Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures and processes and proffer possible solutions to challenges encountered.
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation’s policies and applicable regulations
    • Draft a wide variety of legal agreement.
    • Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
    • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company..
    • Attend meetings of the Company, providing all necessary secretarial support services in respect of the meetings with the applicable rules and regulations.
    • Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Managing Director
    • Implement and oversee corporate documentation and data management


    • First Degree in Law
    • 3 to 4 Years working experience in Oil and Gas Industry
