    Head, Core Operations

    Job Requirements & Responsibilities

    • Create, define and execute CyberPay’s operational support strategy across all the operations support teams. Based on the strategy, define standard operating procedures, stating processes, road maps, flow chats for each functions within the support teams.
    • Develop, execute and monitor agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within internal teams and as well as between Cyberspace and its clients.
    • Ensure prompt and accurate settlement of transactions and resolution of all settlement and reconciliation issues.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalents in Social sciences/Humanities from reputable institutions.
    • 5 7 years relevant working experience in a similar role in the industry
    • Knowledge and working experience with the operational support of financial payment products and services.
