Our client a food company located in the heart of Ibadan currently needs the services of a Restaurant Manager with following specification

Job Description

• Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Possess management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Train new employees on proper customer service practices
• maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Requirements

• 5 to7 years proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to cope under pressure, since restaurant management can be challenging
• Strong managerial, motivational and people skills
• Good reporting skills
• BSc degree/HND  in any relevant course
