    Smart Front Desk Executive

    Description:

    CRITERIA

    • Minimum of 2 –5 years working experience.
    • Knowledge of Basic Computer Software operation – use of Microsoft Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint & Ability to surf the internet.
    • Not more than 32 years of age.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Preparing E- brochures and real estate marketing materials in MS WORD, MS POWERPOINT, AND CORELDRAW
    • Posting of Properties to the Company’s Website and other online platforms set-up by the company.
    • Respond to office enquiries – physical and telephone.
    • Continuous update of the company’s property sales/letting portfolio.
    • Support in everyday office administration.
    • Assist the team of Estate Surveyors in the office.
