    Activation and Event Managers/ Client Service Manager

    Industry: Marketing Communications/Experiential Marketing/Below the Line (BTL).


    • Prepare events, activation, and other related proposals including budget
    • Activations/event planning, management and coordination
    • Innovation and brand activation idea generation
    • Vendor relationship and management
    • Acquire event and activation briefs
    • Involves lots of travels
    • Execute activation and other related projects
    • Ensure proper legal and regulatory approvals are sought before event or activation execution
    • Retention of clients and revenue maximization;
    • Participate in strategy discussions in setting a bulls-eye target for client and agency 
    • Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients
    • Participate in developing and executing annual client target setting and strategy review
    • Provide timely follow up on all relevant enquiries
    • Manage both existing and new accounts with the same of professionalism
    • Understanding clients’ requirements and strategizing on how to meet clients’ needs
    • Discuss alternative marketing, promotion and communication strategies with the client
    • Prepare project reports of clients and vendors transactions with agency
    • Handle financial issues with client (timely estimation & collection)
    • Ensure agency profitability
    • Training of BA’s and communicating the brand’s personality efficiently
    • Liaise with all internal departments, approved vendors and service providers to ensure smooth flow of all assigned projects

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCE: High level project management, marketing strategy, relationship management, strong presentation skills, crisis management, strong negotiation skills, Proposal/Report writing,
    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bsc in relevant field and a minimum of 5 years experience in a BTL and activation agency.
