Job Description
- To conceptualize & document the assigned HR Processes and support the deployment of the processes across the business and location of the organization .
- Responsible for overall People strategy and HR processes. Be a strategic business partner and establish a performance driver culture through effective HR practices.
Requirements
Candidate should have experience in handling HR issues with 8 to 15 years of experience and also have handled:
- Recruitments
- Performance Mgt System
- Training & Development
- Factory Law as per Nigeria
- Labour Laws
- Compensation & Benefits
- Organizational development
- Industrial Law.
