Responsibilities

• Approval of payment requests/vouchers.
• Ensuring that funds are available to run the office/operatons.
• Supervision of Accounts Personnel.
• Preparation of Annual (Master) Budgets.
• Comparison of Actual with Budgeted Performance/Variance Analysis.
• Maintenance and Update of Fixed Assets Register.
• Monitoring of Facility accounts to ensure that they are adequately funded.
• Reconciliation of Bank Statements and Intercompany Current Accounts.
• Preparation of Statements of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income.
• Preparation of Statements of Financial Position.
• Following up on Statutory payments with Head Office.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or any other related courses.
• Candidate must be 10 years cognate experience of which 5 years must be managerial position.

Skills:

• Must be computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).
• Analytical Skill.
• Attention to details.
• Excellent communication skill (Oral/writing)
• Proficiency in the Use of Accounting Software/Enterprise Resource Planning. (ERP)
• Must have ICAN or ACA.
