Internal Auditor at SIAO

Reports to: Senior Internal Auditor

Location: Apapa and other parts of Lagos Mainland              

Job Summary

The Junior Internal Auditor will carry out the full audit cycle including risk management, controls and accounting procedures especially at the depot and petrol stations.
Qualifications Required

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Professional Certification is required (ICAN/ACCA) (Minimum of skilled level at ICAN Exams)
• Applicant must be willing to work outside Lagos if necessary, on Audit Assignments.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in commercial strategic control, financial analysis and risk management.
• A working knowledge of financial software and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft office suite and accounting software.
• Experience in oil depot or filling station operations would be an added advantage.
