Our client is an indigenous Nigerian joint venture company, offering engineering, installation and offshore project management expertise. They are dedicated to serving offshore oil and gas industry to execute the largest and most complex EPIC deepwater projects.

Their services includes the following; HookUp and Installation, Offshore Project Management, Pipelaying and Detailed Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Main Contract management including, but not limited to: general contract administration, variation management, dispute resolution, risk mitigation, insurance/claim management, etc.
• Ensure that all Technical teams engaged in the preparation, negotiation and execution of all Variation Orders with the Client.

Requirement:
Minimum of 8+ years in the oil and gas sector and proven experience in a commercial/ Oil and Gas environment with strong established contracts and subcontracts experience.
