Head of Legal/Company Secretary
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 10 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial , Law / Legal
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory servces and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years experience as a practicing barrister
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Master's degree ill Law an added advantage
- Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
- Demonstrated experience of work in the legal unit of a corporate organization will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties
