Job Summary

• The Operations Officer is responsible for the office’s administrative and logistics functions.

Job Descriptions

• Ensuring all necessary documents have been processed for clients
• Preparation of official letters to clients and vendors
• Co-ordination of logistics for site inspections and office operations
• Client management
• Maintenance of client database
• Ensuring the day to day running of the organization is fully optimized
• Log Management
• Filing and recording of all documents
• Requisition of needed items to finance
• Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report to line manager

Requirements
Prospective employees must have:

• A minimum of HND/B.Sc with 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
