Minimum of OND Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent or City & Guilds, Advanced Diploma in Marine, Petroleum Engineering. Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
Good computer skills with Microsoft office suite.
Team player with good written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven mechanical aptitude in oil and gas environment especially in hazardous areas.
Basic functions include; Carry out mechanical equipment preventive and corrective maintenance activities within NLNG facilities in a safe timely and competent manner.
Investigate and repair mechanical faults on all equipment. Ensure maintenance and equipment reliability goals.
Commitment to outstanding HSE performance, compliance with maintenance plan, policies and procedures, maintaining, maintaining defect and planned preventive maintenance workload to plan and deliver most efficient use of spares and stock items.
