Minimum HND Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and LOLER & LEEA qualified.
At least 5 Years' experience in Lifting & Rigging, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Must have extensive knowledge of different types of Lifting & Rigging Methods.
Ability to read and interpret Lifting Plan, method statement and procedures, specifications, drawings, codes and all other related project and engineering documentation.
Ability to prepare lifting plan will be added advantage.
Good communication skills both written & oral. Commands respect pf his workforce and develop excellent working relationship with all other department personnel.
