Job Role: The role is responsible for providing support for Electrical related maintenance issues within the facilities. Reporting to the Maintenance & Integrity Manager, the incumbent is a Technical Authority on Electrical issues related to maintenance and is responsible for ensuring electrical equipment performance, development of standards and providing commissioning support as required.

Required Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Valid COREN registration and a member of Nigerian Society Engineers (NSE)
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the Upstream sub-sector of the Oil and Gas Industry
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Engineering, Projects, Turnarounds and Maintenance activities, with at least 4 years in a supervisory position.
• Discipline expertise in electrical design, international codes and standards and their applications
• Competency with respect to distribution equipment, including - protection, control, sizing and specification of electrical equipment from well head distribution through to HV switchgear, power generation and transmission lines (overhead lines) into the field.
