We are recruiting for an on-line fashion start-up connecting fashion retailers and fashion lovers. The company is a dedicated fashion focused platform for promoting Pan-African content locally and internationally in preparation for setting up business operations.

We are seeking to urgently fill the role of a full-time Operations Supervisor. He / She will be responsible for the coordination of resources and their activities management of vendors, high volume orders amongst other activities.

Job Description

• Liaise with the quality assurance team to ensure orders are at par with expected quality.
•  Coordinate activities of all resources.
• Track all orders up to delivery
• Coordinate all supply chain for bound shipments.
• Liaise with customer service team to resolve all client’s and customer’s query in timely manner.
• Engage the operations team to develop systems and processes for overall efficient services not limited to in-house and customer related services.
• Track all activities to ensure faster services and reliable supply and delivery.
• Ensure superb customer and vendor experience.
• Coordinate necessary documentation for all processes and activities.
• Utilize necessary dashboards to review performance metrics.
• Create avenue to ensure seamless logistics for order and supply cycle.
• Resolve all negotiations related to local and international freight including clearing fee.
• Constantly review SKU with poor review and quality
• Manage vendor Payment and logistic recharge.

Requirement:

• A degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related fields.
• 2+ years’ experience in operations, chain and supply in an e-commerce environment
• Outstanding experience in retail, customer service processes and logistics network management.
• Adept to client and vendor relationship management.
• Process driven with the ability to plan and forecast for optimum result.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytic skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
