So ready for today’s challenge?

Yesterday, we spoke on how important it is to start exercising as a way to live a healthy life. There are tons of diseases you can avoid by simply exercising. Health issues like high BP and a lot more can be avoided if you simply choose to live a healthy life. But exercising is not the only way to live a good life.

Eating healthy is crucially important. A lot of people I have seen eat loads of junk and have a poor eating habit. This is the bane of most diseases and health issues most people face. However, you can start to do something about it today and you can start doing this by eating well.

What you feed into your system goes a long way in how healthy and productive you can be. Learning to eat right is important to your overall health. Start by making sure you have a balanced meal, drink plenty of water and most importantly eat fruits with your meal. There are lots of fruits you can pick from depending on your preference but I have always loved apples. I guess the adage an apple a day keeps the doctor away myth we were fed years ago still resonates with me till today”. You can follow my prescription or you can make yours. However, whatever you do, eating right is not something you should take for granted as the brain consumes around 300 calories per day

Now that is all for today’s challenge. Drop a comment below and let us know how you are faring.
