• Job overview revolves around the ability to strategically drive the sales and marketing team of the organization to ensure the corporate sales objective of the organization is achieved.

Job Description Overview

• Will be required to develop, build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels which should result in increase in sales and clientele base
• Shall be responsible for the growth of all sales channels which should result in increased profitability
• Would have to develop a metric to track and analyze the performance of all marketing activities and provide the management with propositions thereafter
• Shall be required to manage the expense and retirement of the marketing budget and defend its usage and results derived
• Shall be required to design and implement sales and marketing strategies which shall increase market shares, profitability and create brand exposure
• Overseeing the execution of all sales & marketing activities ensuring each outlined objective is achieved.

Job Specification
Qualification Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related field (An MBA in Business Management or marketing would be an advantage)
• A minimum of 5 years experience garnered in sales or/and marketing (Candidates with experience in an ICT organization would have an advantage)
