Our client is currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of Human Resources services to the business.
Position: Human Resources Manager
Deliverables by the Human Resources Manager will include:
Management and delivery of the recruitment needs.
Management and delivery of performance management and improvement systems.
Management of staff training, development and induction.
Management of employee documentation and records.
Advising the Managing Director on all matters connected with employment and staff relations.
Ensuring that the organisation is at minimal risk by being compliant with all aspects of employment related legislation.
Effective management of the Human Resources Department.
Maintenance of a current and relevant HR Handbook .
Production of reports as required from time to time for both internal and external use.
Liaison with other managers to ensure that the company meets its legal obligations in respect of providing a safe working environment.
Maintenance of the HR processes and procedures.
Applicants should have a good generalist background of HR principles with a proven record of providing advice to management in all aspects of HR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in this role.
CIPM, CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential.
You must also posses a B.Sc. or HND in social sciences, 4+ years relevant work experience, good problem solving skills, good IT skills, excellent attention to detail, Time Management skills, and communication skills.
