    Procurement Associate I

    Main Functions

    • Manages portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective purchase of goods and services (from purchase to pay) with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time.
    • This position might be known as Junior Procurement Associate who works under high supervision and is responsible for the routine and basic tasks, such as, for example, communication with suppliers, price negotiation, monitoring vendors performance and communication with clients, etc.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Negotiates contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders, seeking lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk.
    • Executes PtP (Procure-to-Pay) processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) catalogs.
    • Fully leverages Procurement processes and tools to ensure most effective procurement method is utilized.
    • Maintains agreement portfolio: scope updates, pricing, Exhibits, amendments.
    • Ensures contract compliance and utilization - monitors supplier performance, troubleshoots issues, etc.

    Head, Operations and Technical Services

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for the delivery of effective strategic objectives as well as managing the day to day operations and engineering activities of the company.
    • Under general direction, plan, direct, supervise, manage and coordinate the activities and work of the Engineering Units.
    • Responsible for co-ordination and delivery of all projects using best practice techniques, processes and procedures. This position is also responsible for the definition of resources, project planning and implementation.
    • Effectively coordinating the operations of the technical processes for a better synergized link amongst teams.
    • Manages the entire project portfolio and provide appropriate communication to management and stakeholders.

    Job Descriptions

    • Providing leadership to all technical staff in the company’s areas of operation
    • Responsible for the short and long-range planning of corporate program/project, including annual engineering budget preparation and oversight; management, planning
    • Ensure that Project Engineering activities are properly implemented such as:
      • Project planning, design, Implementation, close-out. (to include compilation of Design Data Books comprising engineering calculations, drawings, method statements, planning charts and implementation procedures), Specification & estimates.
      • Procurement (to include preparation of project Bill of Materials).

    • Direct, coordinate and approve the work of engineering and construction; ensure compliance with (HSE) safety standards, including plan check, inspection and zoning matters; approve plans and specifications.

    • Development of Project justification and initiation of project for Management's approval and assigning a Project Manager for the project.
    • Preparation and submission of all technical bids including ensuring successful follow up of bids to include:
      • Bid Planning

      • Production of Execution Plan

      • CTR Production
    • Proposal Formatting and Collation
    • Prepare and review bid request packages; review bids and proposals and make recommendations; review contract change proposals.
    • Accountable for Engineering Services systems, records and registers, to include:
      • Ensuring Engineering Folder / File Management
      • Maintaining Engineering Services Inquiry Register
      • Maintaining Engineering Services Project Register

    Monitoring and Reporting of Project Time-Writing:

    • Lead multifunctional review sessions including Technical, Business and Customer Support staff to troubleshoot problematic projects and generate ideas to achieve cost and time efficient deployment of customers’ solutions.
    • Provide staff assistance, program and project management over highly complex projects and issues; assist in the preparation and management of division budgets and expenditures.
    • Participates and directs long and short-term plans, goals and objectives, for the enigineering unit.
    • Supervise company’s everyday operational and technical activities and ensure that they run smoothly, achieve operational and strategic goals.
    • Analyzes complex issues and problems related to engineering and building inspection, evaluates alternatives, and develops and recommends effective courses of action.
    • Reviews and analyzes highly complex information and data, and prepares analytical, statistical and financial reports and surveys and makes recommendations to management.
    • Responsible for business area development, through direct client contact and meetings, with particular focus on target customers as defined within the business plan.
    • Assist the MD with designing and implementing strategic plans and directives required for the overall growth of the company and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensures appropriate maintenance of division records, legal documents and files.
    • Assists with the troubleshooting of equipment problems.
    • Design and manage cost saving solutions & Timely service response/delivery to clients.
    • Training/development of subordinates.
    • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
    • Perform any other task as indicated by the Head of Operations and Technical or the Managing Director

    Job Requirement
    Educational level:

    • B.Sc/HND in Engineering related field. MBA /Masters in Finance related courses will be an added advantage.
    • Working experience required:
    • Minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience (with not less than 4 years in Oil, Gas and Energy marketing).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects with full oversight and control of project elements scope time cost quality, multi-functional resources and risk

    Skills Required:

    • Proficient in use of MS Office suites, Auto cad & Internet and email.
    • Financial/numerical skills.
    • Project management skills
    • Other certifications: Professional courses in Engineering/Finance/Project Management related will be added advantage.

    Wireline Supervisor

    • Shall be responsible for the safe execution of wireline and Slickline interventions
    • Responsible for Permit To Work (PTW) preparation and follow up in order to deliver seamless operations.
    • Actively participate in the JRA process and well site tool box talks with site team.
    • Shall have a well site responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of wireline intervention operations.
    • Implement controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of the well, economic interests and reputation of company assets, in respect of wireline intervention.
    • Shall ensure required barriers are in place for any form of interventions on the well
    • Lead and supervise specialized wireline intervention team in the execution of onsite eLine and Slickline intervention activities to deliver maximum value whilst maintaining HSE standards.
    • Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) to develop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
    • Organize slickline and Eline intervention activities, in accordance with the planning and under the control of his superintendent.
    • Organize site logistics related with service equipment
    • Shall have an On-site functional responsibility for up to 6 to 12 persons during intervention operations.
    • Prepare and follow up wireline tools and equipment spare parts Inventory owned by company

    Job Requirements

    • Shall possess a minimum of with 8 years oilfield experience in Well Services operations (electric line and slickline supervision).
    • Minimum of HND or BSc/BEng in Engineering or sciences.
    • Shall have been a supervisor for a similar for a minimum of 5 years
    • Shall have a good knowledge Halliburton, Schlumberger, baker and Weatherford wireline tools
    • Good knowledge of other well services operations such as Electric Line, Slick-line, Coil Tubing, Pumping services.
    • Shall possess a valid SAS /THUET certificate
    • Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)
    • Shall possess a valid International Well Control Forum (IWCF) Certificate

    • Shall be involved in onshore system integration testing (SIT) at contractor operational base

    Job Requirements

    • Shall possess a minimum of with 10 years oilfield experience in Well Services operations (coiled tubing, pumping, stimulation services).
    • Minimum of HND or BSc/BEng. in Engineering or sciences.
    • Shall have been a supervisor for similar operations for a minimum of 5 years
    • Shall have a good knowledge Halliburton, Schlumberger, baker and Weatherford pumping equipment
    • Good knowledge of other well services operations such as Electric Line, Slick-line services.
    • Shall possess a valid SAS /THUET certificate
    • Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)
