Job Objective: To serve as the primary relationship manager for high net worth and affluent clients, while operating along the lines of the company’s strategic goals.
Role Qualification:
Academic/Professional: BSc. (Minimum 2.2) from a reputable tertiary institution. Possession of professional qualification (i.e. CFA, ACCA, ACA, Chartered Wealth Manager, LLB) will be an added advantage.
Work experience: Minimum 2 years’ in a relationship management job role in the Financial services industry particularly in Private banking, Wealth management, etc. or Business Strategy/Consulting
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Act as Financial Adviser/ Relationship Manager to HNI Clients.
Supervise and closely monitor the activities of team members with the support of the unit head.
Markets and sells AXA MANSARD products and services to High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs).
Ensure the development of an active prospect list as well as sign on of HNIs to the AXA Mansard.
Cross-sells and Up-sells additional products and services to existing customers
Supports the team in identifying and closing investment and insurance opportunities in all aspects of the customers’ lives e.g. business insurance products for HIPs and HNIs who are business owners
Ensure all customer data and transactions history is complete, and up to date on all platforms
Participates in product development, repackaging and customization as it relates to the team’s target market
Provides market intelligence for product improvement/development to relevant teams in the company
Support in planning and executing events targeted towards High Income Persons (HIPs) and High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs)
Effectively identifies and analyses the financial needs of clients
Responsible for the preparation of proposals
Processes transactions for sales made and liaises with operations teams to ensure turn-around-times for the unit are maintained
Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly activities reports.
Carry out any other assignment that might be delegated by the Unit Head
Job Objective: Provide excellent Customers Services and prommoting Customer Loyalty. Act as the Office of the Registrar to the Mutual Funds being managed. Supervise and monitor the activities of the team and surbordinates , providing the necessary controls and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Role Qualification:
Academic/Professional: BSc. a reputable tertiary institution. Possession of a professional qualification (i.e. CFA/ ACA/ACCA or other of similar equivalence).
Work experience: Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 3 in related job role and at least 2 years’ leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· To supervise the day-to-day activities of the CSFA Unit
Updating the CSFA manual on a timely basis and maintaining quality standards at all times.
Implement strategies together with traders on executing clients’ mandates.
Handle client enquiries
Supervise daily reconciliation of client transactions
Prepare monthly management fees schedule
Liaise with SEC on reporting for the Mutual Funds.
Participate in product development, repackaging and structuring
Collaborate with IT and Marketing on digitalization of the investment management processes
Build relationships with clients by providing excellent services so as to promote customer loyalty
Maintain AMIL’s social media presence by providing discussion topics and posts
Interfaces between Clients and AMIL, while also generating AUMs
Prepare quarterly reports and statements AMIL
Develop customer services policies as well as complaints and feedback procedures
Provide adequate management reporting as required
Prepare quarterly returns report for SEC
Careful monitoring of clients’ mandates to ensure effective and efficient execution
Carry out any other assignment that might be delegated by the Group Head or CEO
Build relationships with clients by providing excellent services so as to promote customer loyalty
