JOB DESCRIPTION
The Reg./CEO shall be:

• The Chief accounting officer of the Board
• In charge of the day-to-day administrative management of the affairs of the Board.
• The secretary to the Board of management during Board meetings and proceedings
• Charged with the responsibility to carry out/execute all directives and policy guidelines of the Board ofmanagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates aspiring for the post of Registrar/CEO must fulfill the underlisted criteria:

• Be a degree holder in any of the Medical Rehabilitation Therapy professions in the Country namely Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Chiropractic & Osteopathic Medicine.
• Possess current practicing licence of the Board
• Have a postgraduate qualification in relevant fields (M.Sc. PhD)
• Possession of master degree in Business Administration (MBA), public Administration (MPA), M.Sc. in Hospital Administration, Mni, and evidence of Research and scientific publications are added advantages.
• Should not be less than 12 years post qualification working experience in the field of Medical Rehabilitation Therapy.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES
(1) The candidates must show evidence of high level managerial skills and experience 10 administration.
(2) Must have good track records of employment from the point of engagement to the point of his/her application:
(3) Must be persons of courage, who can take decisons on the basis of merit, facts and principles
(4) Must be of impeccable character with proven qualities of dynamic leadership

REMUNERATION
The salary is consolidated and the successful appointee shall enjoy the benefits of the office as applicable to the Chief Executives officers of Federal Parastatals and as may be approved from time to time by the Federa1 Government of Nigeria.

TENURE OF OFFICE
The appointment is for a term of four (4) years in the first instance and renewable, for another four (4) years thereafter, subject to satisfactory performance during the 1st term.
