QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
A degree in the social sciences or any related field. Master's degree or possession of a professional qualification would be
an added advantage.
The required person should be a staff of any institution in the banking/financial industry.
Excellent communication skills both in written and oral English and French languages.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in management and executive position in the bankinq/financlal industry.
Experience gained in an international organization would also be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
SALARY AND CONDITION OF SERVICE
The Association runs a distinctive remuneration package which is comparable to what obtains in other Associations.
