The Workshop Manager shall be in-charge of component-level maintenance defined in intended scope of work under the Organization Approval.
- Applicant must possess a minimum entry qualifications for a Workshop Manager :
- An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence with airframe
  and powerplant ratings, avionics ratings, or Aircraft Repair Specialist
  with 3 years experience working in the workshop ; and
  1 year supervisory workshop experience.
