Working in close collaboration with the Finance Officer in Abuja and with the North East Reform Manager, the Reform Facilitator will assist in the preparation of timely periodic expenditure forecasts and accurate financial reports; he/she will also ensure that the regional office maintains a healthy cash flow devoid of cash pile-ups or cash-outs.
