    Computer Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
    • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
    • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
    • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs

    Channel Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Identifying, recruiting, and managing an assigned account base of service provider channel partners which generate revenue by executing channel programs to sell new and existing company services and product to business to business clients. 
    • Serves as an escalation path for end customers or partners to ensure excellent customer and partner experience.
    • Assists with Accounts Payable commission activities for assigned partner base. 
    • Responsible for developing sales in the designated account base by working with partners to identify new sales opportunities. Sales activities may include: contacting prospective customers by premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments. 
    • Identifies, establishes, penetrates, and strengthens key alliances in the telecommunication and technology community to position the company for new sales opportunities. Strengthens relationships with partners, ensuring a positive partner experience.
    • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.  

     Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
    • 10-15 Years IT delivery sales experience with respect to technology solutions.
    • Previous experience in successfully managing sales teams for technology solutions (5-10 Years).
    • Background in selling large strategic deals, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals and driving sales growth, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
    • Solid experience working with senior client executives.
    • Ability to mentor and inspire team members , Strong leadership skills.
